International Sourcing Center (ISC)- Your Key to Hi-Tech Industries in Taiwan
Since January 1997, the ISC project has been providing a variety of value-added services to assist foreign firms in sourcing directly from Taiwan-based companies in electronics, telecommunications, semiconductor, automobile, aerospace, machinery, metal and plastic processing industries, in which many have operations in other parts of Asia. ISC provides services that save substantial time and cost for many multinational corporations including GE, Textron, Fujitsu, Hitachi, BMW, and Renault. These companies have recognized our services and are reaping tremendous benefits as a result.

 By the end of 2001, our project consultants have assisted more than 1700 multinational corporations in fulfilling their procurement and investment plans in Taiwan, and have created US$2.9 billion worth of business opportunities. We work closely and continuously with Taiwan corporations, and have built an extensive database, so that we can assist you in locating the most suitable business partners quickly.

For the last five years, we have held trade meetings and arranged company/factory visits for multinational corporations with excellent results. Our project consultants tailor these arrangements according to the individual company's needs, allowing participating company representatives to meet with a large number of suppliers in the shortest possible time. Sourcing Service for Chain Store

Through the "Commodities Sourcing Services for Chain Stores" program, TAITRA is presently assisting numerous chain stores establish, develop, and even expand their existing Asian direct-sourcing capabilities. TAITRA's three decades of experience as Taiwan's leading trade organization has greatly benefited all types of corporations in sourcing virtually all sorts of products. Multinational corporations that have utilized TAITRA's services included Fujitsu, GE, Hitachi, Motorola, Siemens, Sagem, Minolta and many others.

For the past thirty years, TAITRA has collected, cataloged and updated an extensive information database comprising of all Taiwan manufacturers and suppliers. Having worked closely with most of Taiwan's commodity goods manufacturers to develop and promote international trade, TAITRA has been afforded a unique opportunity to gain intimate knowledge of these corporations and their products.
